Job Title : .Net Lead developer
Location: Columbus, OH (phone hire)
Duration: 6 month right to hire
NO H1B
Technical Architect / Programmer will lead the design, development and testing of application, databases and applicable interfaces. The architect will also work closely with the development and testing of the data conversion of legacy databases. Candidate should be prepared to deliver in a tight schedule driven environment and be familiar with the various aspects of project SDLC's.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing data extract, transform, and load (ETL) programs to move data between various systems;
Perform data modeling between source and target systems;
Developing C#, T-SQL code to meet business requirements;
Unit testing code in accordance with the defined technical designs
Designs and develops data import programs
Support in data cleansing efforts
Develop / modify application modules according to project functional requirements
Program, develop, test, correct, and document windows and browser based .NET applications
Develop / modify application interfaces according to project functional requirements
Implement the technical aspects of the new application as the system goes live
Conduct system administrator training with the client
Write supporting technical documentation
Create technical designs for application modules
Works effectively as part of a team and seeks to support the team's goals above individual goals.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
The Technical Architect / Programmer must have:
Must have minimum 2+ year's working with C#, windows form applications and Microsoft .NET Framework
Must have minimum 2+ year's working with Sqlserver 2005/2008, SQL, T-SQL
Must have minimum 2+ year's developing web applications in ASP.NET environment
Minimum 2+ year experience writing and/or supporting batch and/or web service based ETL processes
Minimum 2+ year experience developing Data Interfaces and/or Data Conversion programs on a Data Interfaces or Conversion Team
Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, de-duplication and validation
Experience writing Transact SQL Stored Procedures for SQL Server 2005/2008
Demonstrated experience creating and executing technical designs
Project based application development work experience and familiarity with SDLC
Familiarity with data modeling techniques
Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Requirement Traceability experience preferred
Ability to multitask
Must have strong oral, written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with project team and executive management
Ability to Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with projects.
Ability to deliver successfully in a tight schedule driven environment
Experience Developing, Debugging, and Unit Testing Applications
Ability to successfully work in a deadline driven project environment
