I have an immediate requirement, please let me know

Title : QA Tester
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration: 3 months + extensions
Rate: $37/hr C2C

MUST:
solid Loadrunner  experience and performance testing (this is the most important part)
Performance tuning of large scale web based applications, he does not want a functional tester.
Necessary C programming to develop Loadrunner scripts (Loadrunner will complete the majority of the
scripting but modifications may need to be made with C)
Experience with Linux/Unix
General performance tuning  skills

PLUS:

Payroll and ADP experience
Performance tuning of Websphere, Oracle and Linux based applications
Experience with Wily, Oracle enterprise manager, Oracle Statspack, and various OS level performance
tools
Windows/Unix scripting skills
