ESX
View
vCenter
LCM
CapIQ
ThinApp
AppSpeed
NetApp and SAN storage
Enterprise Scale experience (at least 100 nodes)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct a thorough health check and analysis of the environment
Evaluate and analyze the current implementation and make recommendations for service level and technical improvements, including storage recommendations
On-boarding of Customer resources via on-site knowledge transfer and hands-on training
Creation of new virtual machines and templates
Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) server migrations
Execute VMware vSphere* Methodology Test Plan; generate VIM Test Report
Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring and training for the Customer team
Provides weekly status reports on projects and tasks
Manage new support tickets with VMware support and potentially other vendors involved in issues.
