We are looking forward IT non IT recruiters to work in our offshore
office situated in Hyderabad and Vizag.

The candidate should have working experience in recruiting Cycle;

Job Description:
Should have knowledge on resumes screening, information gathering,
Job ad placement, scheduling interviews, follow-ups,
Complete knowledge of B2B, Corp to Corp , 1099, W2.

Responsibilities:-
* Preparing candidate for Interview process
* Expertise in US Tax terms and Visa
* Should have excellent communication skills
* Minimum 2+ year of experience in Recruitment (US Staffing.)
* Evaluate the client requirement and pre-screen the candidate against
those requirements.
* Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals,
referrals, forums, networking, headhunting with minimum Turn-around-
Time
* Negotiating compensation packages, assessing relevant experience,
education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate,
relocation benefits.
