We have an immediate opening for a Senior Business Analyst who has extensive experience with Track and Trace system analysis in the Consumer Products industry.

 

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: Minimum 5 months

Industry: Tobacco/Consumer Products

 

Job Responsibilities:

• An experienced and polished professional who can gain the clients acceptance as a "trusted advisor" and provide leadership and subject matter expertise in supply chain processes and serialization strategies in complex. Global, regulated supply chains..

• The focus areas would include manufacturing and packaging environments, distribution and warehouse environments, supply chain networks, trading partner networks, regulatory impacts, quality management and testing environments, and business process re-engineering.

• The tasks would include requirements gathering, business process analysis, strategic analysis; AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and documentation, supply chain impact analysis, benefit and ROI analysis and documentation.      

 

Skill Sets Required:

 

Must have

• 5+ years of consulting experience in a manufacturing/CPG/Tobacco environment

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Visibility and Control / Track and Trace

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in consulting or implementing serialization/pedigree solutions and/or serialization strategy engagements.

• 5+ years of supply chain consulting, operations, or solution implementations

• Ability to apply expertise and experience to similar industry challenges

• Thorough understanding of Serialization and GS1 standards

• Thorough understanding of supply chain environments and application domains

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

• Superior customer interaction skills

• Strong analytical skills - Ability to quickly garner the customer's requirements and pain points.

• Team skills – ability to work in a team and build mindshare.

 

Preferable

• 2+ years of experience in high speed serialization project

• Experience with e-pedigree and/or track and trace solutions

• Experience in FDA regulated environments

• Experience in GAMP environments

• Certified Supply Chain Professional

• SAP experience a plus     

• Experience in FDA regulated environments

• Experience in GAMP environments
