- 5+ years of experience using C# as a language.
- Expert knowledge in using Microsoft Visual Studio, C# and MVVM frameworks.
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SQL database management tools.
- Experience with ORM tools like NHibernate
- Experience using Microsoft design and development platform, especially Expression Blend, and XAML
- Extensive experience with WCF.
- Experience with Microsoft Expression Blend features and components, especially States, Behaviors, Animation, Data Binding, Templates, Styling, as they relate to designing and constructing Silverlight Web applications
- Should be able to mock data; bind the data to the controls.
- 5+ OOA/OOD, design patterns and UML experience
