POSITION DESCRIPTION
Experienced SAS Analyst/Programmer with a strong background in SAS BI server. Provide programming and analytical support for SAS working with a UNIX platform in a server application environment within SAS 9.2.x environment (SAS Base and BI Server). This role will provide data quality assurance as well as analysis, reporting and visualization for existing and new report.

Requirements

·         Must have excellent Base SAS experience and knowledge of SAS Reports and Macros. SAS Programming Certification will be plus.

 

·         Should have knowledge of Oracle. Netezza a plus.

 

·         Experience with SAS BI report development and dashboard creation using SAS BI suite (SAS Information Map Studio, SAS Web Report Studio, SAS OLAP Cube Studio, SAS OLAP viewer, SAS Information Delivery Portal etc * Use of the BI server).

 

·         Experience with Base SAS Programming/ SAS Stored Process Development and SAS Enterprise Guide.

 

·         Detailed knowledge of SAS BI architecture

 

·         Ability to build SAS datamarts built against ORACLE.

 

·         Strong SQL Query skills.

 

·         Knowledge of business intelligence practices

 

·         Experience in SAS BI platform administration is preferred.

 

·         Experience must be in a SDLC, change control, source code controlled IT environment

 

·         7 years IT experience with 3 to 5 years experience in SAS development.
