REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience in installation, administration and user support of Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest in Windows and UNIX domains.
Strong experience with version control including creating baselines, projects, streams, components and merging code.
Strong understanding of Rational ClearQuest schemas and the issues that revolve around customization of schemas.
Strong understanding of SCM processes and methodologies.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have strong understanding of various code branching and merging techniques/schemas
Must have hands on experience automating application build and deployment processes
