Short Description:
GIS Geo Database specialist/consultant to work on developing projects
for our GIS systems with strong experience in the following: ESRI's
ArcSDE and Telven't's ArcFM Electric Utility GIS model.

Complete Description:
GIS Geo Database specialist needed for development and support of GIS
systems for electric utility applications: Strong experience in the
following: GIS DB, ESRI tools, ArcGIS 9.3 or higher, ArcSDE and
Telvent's Electric Distribution and Transmission GIS models, good
knowledge of versioned geodatabases and geometric networks, GIS
software and mapping; Arc FM, technical integration. GIS database
management/administration skills (Oracle 10g or higher preferred), GIS
development and support tools preferred: .NET, Silverlight, Flex,
JavaScript, Python, Visual Studio/C#, HTML 5, server administration
experience, mobile GIS apps experience a plus.

Behavior Characteristics:
Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong change management
and documentation skills.

Skill:
ESRI ArcGIS 9.3 or higher /ArcSDE, Telvent ArcFM, GIS software and
mapping, Electric utility experience
