-          Experience in Cross-browser compatibility

-          Proficient and expert in native, object oriented JavaScripting, jQuery and Ajax

-          Should know W3C Standards, should be able to code without using tools like Dreamweaver etc

-          Java is the back-end technology used, the candidate should be able to support the Development team with integration

-          Knowledge of CSS3, HTML 5, Web Accessibility (DDA) is nice to have
