Desired Profile:-

·         Candidate must have good communication skills. Fluency in English.

·         Candidate should have an urge and skills to work and perform in a team.

·         Candidate should be target oriented.

·         Candidate should be self-motivated and dedicated.

·         Handling end-to-end domestic recruitment cycle - sourcing candidates, first screening, and organizing interviews with the technical Panel.

·         Sourcing candidates from various recruiting sources, Headhunting, Employee Referral's, Web portal, Internal Database and Web Posting.

·         Source profiles based on specifications received from clients.

·         Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to check the suitability of the candidate with the requirement.

·         Scheduling interviews for short-listed candidates with the technical panel of companies.
