Business-Analyst

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 6+ months

·         Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of work experience as a Business Analyst

·         Experience in business process modeling, requirement gathering, gap analysis, impact analysis and feasibility studies

·         Experience in conducting Joint Application Development sessions, reviews, walk through and customer interviews

·         Excellence in writing the Business Requirements Document, Use Case Specifications and Functional Specifications

·         Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills. Exceptional Communication Skills required as the job involves extensive collaborations with Business and IT teams

·         Experience in using the Requirements Management Tools. Experience in DOORS /Rally is an added advantage

·         Extensive knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.

·         Experience working in agile environment
