we have Urgent requirement for Business Analyst with one of our client.

Job Description:

 

·         Defines analytical objectives for project; accountable for the quality, cost and timing of deliverables.

·         Interprets results and develops conclusions and recommendations for internal and external clients. Understands client's ROI when assessing client's customer base and targeted marketing base.

·         Identifies areas for efficiency improvement and develops processes, policies, and methodologies to drive improvement.

·         Uses analytic and business methodologies and philosophies to design solutions to meet the client's objectives.

·         Assesses current and potential client's business. 

·         Participates in account planning and strategic planning with client.

·         Provides presentation of solutions to client.

·         Maintains vendor relationships.

·         Stays current on emerging technologies and theories

·         Assists in interviewing analyst staff, mentoring, etc.

·         Delegates project work to staff for developmental opportunities when appropriate.

·         Solid change management leadership skills including communication, testing, training and business system and process transformation.

·         Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

·         Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.

·         Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

·         Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks

·         Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment

 

Key Result Areas

 

·         Minimum requirements include Bachelors Degree and 6 years experience in Marketing Research or Database Marketing or Masters Degree in Social Sciences/ Computer Science/ Economics/ Marketing Research/ Statistics, and experience in modeling, forecasting, and segmentation.

·         Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·         Proficient working with and exploring data and in quantitative analysis, mathematics and statistics.

·         Must be familiar with design and/or building of online and/or offline surveys.

·         Knowledge of targeted and/or mass interactive initiatives

·         Ability to define functional use cases, design test plans and execute/coordinate business acceptance test activities

·         Experience in Media and entertainment is desirables
