Requirement:
Requires experience performing load testing with web and client/server applications
Bachelor degree in area of speciality or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing field utilizing software testing tools, i.e. HP/Mercury Load Runner, QTP and Quality Center.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Analytical: highly organized with strong problem resolution skills
Dynamic: ability to multitask and handle changing priorities, work independently with minimal direction
Team working skills: must possess ability to interact with peers in a high-bandwidth and collaborative fashion.
Results orientation: must be delivery focused and exercise good judgment.
Proven ability in training and knowledge share with team members
