MUST HAVE SOA & BPM experience
Need Only EAD, Green Cards or Citizens
Must have strong SOA and Business Process Management Exp.
Resource Qualifications:
-Experience in enterprise IT, including senior roles in full SOA integration solution projects (preferably in mortgage or financial services area and using Oracle SOA Suite).
-Current industry experience and perspective with SOA governance and business operations.
-Knowledge of multiple aspects of integration and SOA processes, patterns and technologies.
-Experience with business process modeling and re-engineering specific to Oracle SOA.
-Experience in developing SOA governance, policies and processes, and guiding design teams.
-Current industry experience with data management program/project setup and operations.
-Experience with leading, facilitating and standing up new business operations organizations.
-Experience with Business transformation
-Proven record with creation of business requirements for use of the BAM tool.
-Desired knowledge of the secondary mortgage markets
-Experience with projects involving change management to support user roll-out and adoption.
Skill sets: -SOA and BPM.
-Oracle SOA integration suite (.).
-XML, EDIFACT, X12, PM4Data, Web Services standards.
-MQ, RMI, JMS and JCA.
-SAP XI/PI and NetWeaver.
Educations/Qualifications:
-A relevant university degree in Business Management, preferably at the Masters level.
-SOA certification
-TOGAF certification.
-Knowledge of mortgage and financial services domains
-PMP, SCS CITPM or equivalent certification.
