Position : Senior Business Analyst w/SaaS

Location : Austin, TX

Duration : 6 Months

Rate : Open

Job Description :

·         Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills

·         Must be capable of translating business plans and requirements into information systems concepts and produce and update supporting documentation.

·         Work experience and understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, thorough knowledge of the software specification process and software development processes, and software architecture.

·         Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing

·         Business systems analysis and business process improvement in defining complex financial applications and supporting functions.

·         Organizing and facilitating the deriving system requirements from interviews with customers or requirements gathering work sessions.

·         Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements

·         Professional who works well independently or as part of a team

·         Work experience in gathering functional requirements and creating a functional requirements document and developing graphical user interface with tools like Adobe Fireworks.

·         Work experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions either on a one-on-one basis or in a classroom setting.

·         Experience in monitoring or managing contractual agreements for information technology, with preference for business analysis and project management.

·         Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)

·         Work experience in system testing which includes the development of test plans, test cases and conducting testing sessions
