-          Strong full-cycle implementation experience leveraging 9.0 or 9.1 functionality as this is an implementation        

-          Strong understanding of base product that can translate business requirements into application functionality

-          Experience with configuration options and bringing an understanding of the administrative process that surrounds the application to business partners

-          Ability to convey concise concepts in a manner that non-technical people can understand

-          Ability to create functional specification requirements

-          Experience with delivering conference room pilots, testing and conversion rollout
