Web Developer

Location: Tempe, Arizona.

Duration: 18 month project

Rate: $40/hr. 

-7+ years technical experience with 5+ years web experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-7+ years experience in web systems environments which includes web application installations, upgrades, and deployment as well as any servers/ systems that support/ host web applications.

-7+ years technical background and 3-5 years directly related to IBM WebSphere

-5 + years experience in with the following applications J2EE Applications and middleware on primarily the Unix/linux platform.

-WebSphere 5.1/WebSphere 6.x/WebSphere Process Server, SunOne Web Servers, Wily Introscope, Netegrity Siteminder.

-Production support experience in a critical environment. Ability to coordinate with multiple groups to resolve complex issues.

-Strong WebSphere Application Server with expertise in Installation, Configuration, Tuning, and Deploying applications.

-Experience with WebSphere Application Server Version 5.1/Version 6.x Experience in configuring WebSphere Servers in a -Cluster solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support.

-Knowledge of Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates.

-Experience with https servers such as Iplanet, Sunone, Apache. Ability to troubleshoot and debug problems with http servers.

-Expert knowledge on distributed systems.

-Linux (Red Hat) and Solaris experience.

-Good working knowledge of Monitoring Tools such as Introscope, HP OPENVIEW, BMC Patrol.

-Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP, WebSphere MQ

-Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering skills required (must be able to be understood by others)

Desired Skills

Knowledge of any of the following product is nice to have but is NOT required:

WebLogic, NDM ( Connect Direct), Autosys, Webmethods , SunOne Web Server, Wily Introscope, Jython and ANT scripting.
