• 6+years of testing experience especially on applications developed in Mainframe.• Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware – TestStrategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases. • Experience in Test casesexecution, Defect Tracking, Defect Analysis and participating in meetings withclients. • Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools andtechniques • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills • Priorexperience of handling a team of 5+ is a must. • Be able to understand andexplain the STLC life cycle and methodologies. • Should have knowledge on batchprocessing, JCL,CICS, VSAM errors and be able to assist team resolving issues.• Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool • Hands-on workingexperience on Mainframe system, SQL queries and RDBMS concepts. • Flexibilityto work in onsite/ offshore model • Domain and Working knowledge in Retail orPharma will be an advantage
