Title            :       QA Tester
Location      :      LaVergne, TN
Duration      :      2-4 year Contract
Rate            :      $ 28 on C2C or 1099

Must Haves:
Software Quality Assurance is your career of choice
Degree or diploma in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related program*
Minimum of three years experience in a process driven test environment
Advanced expertise in finding hidden bugs and/or troubleshooting software in multi-threaded and multi-processor Windows PC environments
Experience with evaluating quality of software systems with at least three of the following characteristics:
Multiprocessor and Multithreaded
64 and 32-bit Windows architectures
Custom Windows services
Web based applications
Applications which interface with external devices
Applications with 1 million lines of code or more
Applications with SQL database back-ends
Experience planning creative and effective tests which identify issues at all levels of the system (data acquisition, data processing, presentation, user interface, etc)
Thorough knowledge of software testing concepts, processes, and methodologies.
Experience writing and executing test cases that are easily understood and have good coverage for the area under test, based on a thorough analysis of requirements and design parameters
Ability to clearly communicate an issue to the teams affected
Understanding of electrical terminology and concepts
Top notch interpersonal skills: you are team-oriented, collaborative, have excellent communication skills and work well with others.
