- Demonstrated enthusiasm and aggressiveness for problem solving and ability to think outside the box to complete a task
- Willingness to provide on-call pager support on a rotation basis
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience in Java development using J2EE. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable with common Java frameworks and have a proven proficiency with Java development in end-user applications with multiple external interfaces.

- Demonstrated exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
- Demonstrated experience with Supporting Production Web Based Applications
