8-10 years of experience in .Net, SQL Server Technologies.
With minimum of 3-4 years experience in SharePoint development.
Good communication skills, strong problem solving skills and good team player
Should have excellent Customer Interfacing skills
Should have played Onsite Co-coordinator role before
Should be a self starter with the ability to drive initiatives independently
Should have exposure on handling support and dev/maintenance projects
Good status reporting both internal and to customers. The status should cover the project health and metrics.
Should have executed projects with end to end SDLC process
