Work Experience -
Minimum 6 years experience in IT
Minimum 36 months medium to large projects utilizing desired technology
Experience includes use of UML and/or Rational Methodology
Understands and has experience with most aspects of project management methodologies and techniques (status reporting, issue management, risk management, implementation planning, etc.) and is able to participate and contribute in the associated activities
Participated in at least 2 complete project life cycles (analysis/design/construction/QA/implementation)
Desired - Experience in leadership roles
Expectations -
Willingness to work overtime as needed to support deadlines
Willingness to mentor others without impacting ones own work
Produces software artifacts with a focus on reusability and maintainability
