Job description:
SAP NetWeaver is SAP's integrated technology computing platform and is the technical foundation for many SAP applications since the SAP Business Suite. SAP NetWeaver is marketed as a service-oriented application and integration platform. SAP NetWeaver provides the development and runtime environment for SAP applications and can be used for custom development and integration with other applications and systems. SAP NetWeaver is built using primarily the ABAP programming language.
SAP Basis is a module offered by SAP. SAP Basis is now also known as SAP NetWeaver which is related to SAP System Administration. Use of SAP is growing rapidly across globe so is the number of SAP Basis Consultants. SAP offers various modules related to business requirement of Customers, but still in order to make the implementation more close to particular customer and its business requirement certain amount of business customization, modification and development of new functionalities are needed. In order to carry forward these all activities there is always an underlying need of SAP Basis Consultants. The main work of SAP Basis Consultants are:

Installing New SAP systems
Migrating SAP systems to one Operating system and/or Database to another Operating system and/or Database
Maintaining existing SAP systems
Upgrading old SAP systems to latest versions or release.
