Job Description:
Title Business Analyst Reports to Project Manager Job summary The Business /Product Analyst ? Engage and establish a strong relationship with the product team ? Work with business SME?s to elicit objectives and/or high level business requirements ? Capture identified requirements and maintain traceability ? Bring appropriate reviewers for the review sessions and obtain approval/sign off ? Maintains the traceability, reviews and approvals as required Skills - Understanding of different requirements gathering techniques (Interviews, Questionnaries, Observations, Workshops, Brainstorming, Role Playing etc.) - Preparing Business Process Flow - Use case and functional specification document - Preparing User Stories - Review and Sign off process awareness - Customer service and Insurance domain exposure - Good Communication Skills - Ability to interact between the IT and Business and participation in stand up - Working knowledge of Agile process Skills (nice to have) - UAT Support Experience - Methodology Knowledge - Agile Domain Knowledge (Nice to have) - Customer Servicing
