Job Title: Help Desk Support
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 1 year Contract(Rate $15/hr on C2C)

Job Descreption:
The client is looking for Help Desk Support.

Skills Required:
least one (1) year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment.
1.Associates Degree in Computer or Information Science AND at least 1 year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment
2.Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Information Science
3.Demonstrated Help Desk Certification/Training
4.Demonstrated Customer Service Certification/Training
5.Demonstrated experience with Service-Now.com software or relevant tool
6.Relevant Technical Certifications including hardware (A+), Microsoft (MCP or MCDST), and Cisco (CCENT or CCNA)
7.Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
8.Demonstrated experience in incident management including facilitating tickets and following up with resolvers through problem resolution
9.Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
10.Demonstrated ability to work independently.
