Description:

Technical Skills:
BMC system administration support for the ADDM, CMDB/Atrium, and ITSM environments, and integration with BPPM.
Experience working with ARS, CMDB and Remedy for incident and change management.
Linux and Oracle experience.
Experience with Asset Management and Kinetic Data products would be a plus.

Soft Skills:
Hands-on experience, and who is willing to do the work as well as train / mentor the people on our team.
Validating and tuning the environment and the jobs established for discovery, reconciliation and loading the CMDB,
Refining and documenting processes and passing along best practices.
Experience with ADDM and TPL is lower priority.

 

 Job Type: Contract,   Start Date: Immediately,   Duration: 12 Months+,   Number Of Openings: 1,   Location: Omaha, Nebraska
