Senior SAP PI Architect/Developer

Location: Trexin, Minnesota

Position Type: (Contract, Right to hire after contract)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6-12 months

 

Must be Green Card holder or US Citizen.

 

Project Description:

Consultant will be working on various consulting assignments throughout the United States, with current projects in Minneapolis and Chicago.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing the technology solutions for SAP applications including application extensions, interfaces, reports, conversions and development, execution and operations architecture components.  Support customers with the development activities including data conversion, interface development, reports development, forms development, enhancements and custom transaction developments, workflow, EDI, i-Docs, etc.  Provide technical recommendations for performance issues including application integration optimization, platform hardware analysis, architecture optimization techniques, and performance troubleshooting techniques.  Create complex conceptual designs including application interfaces and interactions.

 

Qualifications:

·         2+ years experience with SAPNetWeaver PI 7.1+.

·         Experience with design and development of interfaces between SAP and external systems utilizing File/FTP, SOAP, HTTP, RFC, JDBC, SOAP, and IDoc adapters.

·         Experience with developing synchronous/asynchronous bridges in PI environment & knowledge with messaging architectures.

·         Experience with protocol and message transformation techniques/best practices.

·         Experience with developing Java, ABAP, and XSLT mapping programs.

·         Experience with tuning, configuration, of SAP PI components/environment.

·         Experience in SAP's SOA offerings, ESR configuration and management
