Required:
1. Advanced Java 1.5
    1.1 Design Patterns
    1.2 Data Structures
2. SOA web services testing
    2.1 JUnit 3 and 4
3. Test Plan Authoring
4. Eclipse and/or IntelliJ
5. Good to have programming / scripting experience in any of these tools - Selenium, Python, Raft, Ruby, Watir
