looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with the skill matrix below; please send me resumes of your consultant with similar skills:

 

Location: Portland, ME

Contract: 6 months

Rate: Open (DOE)

 

Must haves:

• Experience as a BA
• Experience creating Business Flow models
• Creating BRS (Business Requirement Specifications) Document
• Creating Requirements /Gathering Requirements using all techniques including surveys

• State Experience and HR Systems (payroll execution, public employee benefits and laws and regulations which govern the administration of human resource management in the public sector)

 

The selected candidate will:

1.  Meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from each SOM organization that will be included in the scope of this project
2. Create and document the high level Organizational Business Flow model (i.e., Business Process Model) that exists across the various SOM organizations, effectively showing all touch points and information inter-exchanges between all SOM organizations that will be included in the scope of this project.
3. Create an Organizational Business Flow model within each organization to the lowest level possible given time constraints of the contract.
4. Create the Business Requirements Specification for each organization and associate each requirement with its respective process(es) that comprise the applicable Organizational Business Flow model. 
5. Create the Requirements that elaborate all required system interfaces to other SOM applications.
6. Perform a limited survey of state governments comparable to the SOM, identifying other states' HRMS solutions, and provide similar vendor solicitations, where available.
7. Prepare and present a final Business Requirements Specification to be incorporated into the RFP.
