Position : JDEdwards CNC Engineer/Consultant
Duration : 12+ months
Location : Newyork City,NY

Job Description:

Primary Skills : JD Edwards CNC Engineer, CNC support for
implementations, upgrades, optimizations, migrations,

Mandatory Skills:

* Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations with regards to
architectural design and implementation strategies.
* Provide hands-on CNC support for implementations, upgrades,
optimizations, migrations, for a wide variety of client types, sizes,
and industries.
* Be responsible for tuning and performance monitoring of databases
running JDE applications
* Provide systems and database administration for the JDE Application
technical environments
* Analyze and document technical requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and system bugs and provide direction for
workarounds, corrections and enhancements
* Coordinate service delivery with clients
* Assist Business Development with defining scope, writing proposals,
and selling value-add services to clients and prospects
* Monitor sever and system to ensure stability, availability, and
acceptable performance within prescribed SLAs
* Document existing System Landscape and anticipate future
requirements
* Suggest new IT infrastructure or suggest changes in existing design
to enhance performance
* IBM AIX Performance Tuning for JD Edwards
* Tuning OS/DB parameters related to JD Edwards
