Need  Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 12+ Months

Note: Candidate Need to Submit 2 Professional Reference from their recent 2 projects. There will be back ground check involved in interview process including finger print background check as this is for criminal justice agency

 

Minimum Core Experience Requirements:

·         Five years business analysis with:

o    Experience with object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML)

o    Experience with creating UML Artifacts such as; Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class, Object and State Diagrams.

o    Experience writing Use Cases

o    Experience with writing Tests Cases

o    Experience with creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD)

o    Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM)

o    Experience utilizing Iterative Development processes (e.g. RUP)

·         Five years of demonstrated Ability to facilitate meetings including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.

·         Five years of demonstrated experience in elicitation, translation and documentation of business requirements and desired business design from the future users and other stakeholders of a system to the development team using defined methodologies such as Rational Unified Process (RUP)

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Certified Business Analyst Professional TM (CBAPTM) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis TM (CCBATM)

·         Certificate(s) in the area of Business Analysis

·         Three years of business analysis with:

o    Business Processes reengineering experience

o    Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM)

o    Experience working with XML and SQL

o    Experience with service oriented architecture (SOA)

o    Experience working with criminal justice systems and programs
