Skills Required:

•Minimum of 8 years of experience writing J2EE web applications (Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP)

•Experience in spring MVC and Struts application framework

•Experience in building Web Services - must

•Experience with SQL programming, Oracle 10g, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL

•Front end development experience including DHTML, Rich Internet Applications, JavaScript

•Experience designing and managing web applications, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming

•Mufti-tiered application design and development

•Demonstrated analytical skills

•Ability to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions to attain desired results

•Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

•Excellent customer service skills.

•Demonstrated discipline, self-reliance, dependability, and good judgment.

•Solid organizational, leadership and communications skills
