Title: Facets SME
Duration: 1 Month
Location: Owing Mills, MD
Job Description:
This position is a 1 month project. After the initial week they can work onsite, if local, or remotely.
Claim and Product Defect Resolution Specialist- Will analyze claims and defect details, and compare results against Product configuration to determine if Products are configured correctly. If not, determining what configuration changes are needed to the resolve defect. If yes, determine if the defect is the result of functionality not supported by Facets. If functionality is not supported by Facets, determine what Custom solution needs to be put in place to provide required functionality.
Requirements (Primary):
· 3-6 years of direct FACETS Configuration experience
· 2 years of hands on Product build and benefits experience
· Demonstrated knowledge of Facets, commercial medical and Medicare benefits and can run Queries.
· Facets troubleshooting experience
· Claims Analysis background
