10+ yrs of business analysis experience in a IT softweare development grop, preferably web applications Ability to work in an agile development environment geared and very short development cycles. Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with 401k, 403 (b) and other retirement plans and products. Ability to develop business and functional requirements. IT product development and program experience. Coordinate with QA teams for test case preparation. Ability to work and manage in a Rapid Development environment using Agile methods. Solid understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes.
