• Ability to quickly learn the business and develop quality business requirements
• Life Insurance and Compensation system experience a plus
• Lean Six Sigma a plus
• Some IT background a plus; too much a negative
• Inquisitive person who will not only ask what they want, but why, and will propose alternatives
• Has to play well with others - assertive but not obnoxious
• Require little direction
• Able to execute and meet tight deadlines and work in a pressure environment.
