Job Descreption:
The client is looking for a Business Analyst with Extensive Insurance Experience .

Skills Required:
Minimum five years in a systems development or business related environment.
Project or team leadership experience
Prior experience with financial business applications.
Writing skills to communicate information effectively to customers and technical staff.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven abilities in facilitation, elicitation and interviewing.
Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflict among the requirements stakeholders.
Experience using RUP work products to document requirements, including: Vision, Use Case Model, Use Case Specification, Supplementary Specification, Storyboard, Glossary, and Requirements Management Plan.
Understanding of commonly used techniques to elicit requirements, along with the ability to select the appropriate techniques for a given situation.
Ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate facts and data.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Seven or more years in a systems development or business related environment.
Prior experience with Mortgage Insurance applications.
Prior experience in a global business environment and/or international communication skills.
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
