Title: Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location: Louisville, KY

Job Description:

Requirements:
• Certified Epic Anesthesia, 1+ years build experience
• Work flow design.
• Build, maintenance, and support of system.
• Using change control procedures.
• Providing support to users (on-call rotations required).
• Deployment to new practices including training & support.
• Rounding to existing practices on a regular basis for relationship management and to observe efficiencies & system use.
• Prioritizing and implementing system updates & changes.
• Thoroughly reviewing, analyzing, and testing new software releases.
• Assisting users with the customization (preference lists, smart notes, etc.).
• Analyzing data conversion needs.
• Maintaining professional certifications and experience.
• Collaborating with peers and members of adjacent teams (PM, IP, etc.).
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of information systems, policies & procedures, including application support, operating systems, databases and related IT areas.
• Ability to research, organize, analyze and synthesize data to support effective decision making as well as work within tight deadlines.
