Task Description:

OIR has created a new Systems Architecture Team to overhaul and streamline the process of designing and implementing new projects and applications that will reside in its existing Data Centers. This team will include subject matter experts that will work together to create build-book documentation that will be used to procure, implement and support new projects and applications. This particular position will be responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of all Application related components. - In addition to the design and build role, this position will also be expected to bring the team new ideas and better, more efficient methods of doing business. We also expect this position to function as a technical advisor on any Applicatoin related topics surrounding development, deployment, High Availability, Disaster Recovery and others.

Additional Information:

·  The "Project End Date" is subject to extension, and staff may be retained beyond this date at the discretion of State management.

·  Assignments may include on-call, overtime work, holidays, and weekends.

·  The company supplying the contractor to work in this area will be ineligible to Propose work on any RFP resulting from this contractor's work.
