• Develop functional requirements to address business process needs and opportunities
• Leverage knowledge of the CRM-Siebel capabilities  to define technical configuration requirements as appropriate
• Document the functional specifications
• Review test plans and test the application to ensure that the business requirements are met
• Support the business users implement new or amended CRM - siebel business processes

DURATION :: 6-12 MONTHS
