ROLE:  Filenet/.Net Developer

REQUIRED SKILLS: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience required.
• 5+ years C# experience
• 5+ years .NET 3.5/4.0 experience
• 4+ years Relational Database experience
• 4+ years mentoring and advising .NET programmers.
•    4+ years of filenet experience
• Strong understanding of SOA, WCF, design patterns and ability to research and apply newer .NET technology to large scale systems.
• Strong ability to diagnose issues and offer technical solutions.
• Must be willing to live and work in the Tallahassee, FL area.

PREFERRED SKILLS: • 2+ year ORM experience, preferably LLBLGen
• Experience working on a medium to large project(s) involving processes and procedures
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
• Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility

RESPONSIBILITIES: provide custom software development services for our clients. This candidate will be an experienced developer for the implementation of a new application. They will assist in the full life cycle of development including:
 • Application design, development and testing of complex business rules.
• Working closely with clients, business and technical leads.
 Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements from an off-site location focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.
