                Manage online service environment.
2: move tenants from one data base to another
                They're horizontally splitting out the data base
3: Need help figuring out server hardware platform
                Validate server hardware
                Benchmark, test and validate load
                Should know testing tools
                Recommend proper configuration to take advantage of the hardware
4: Client is turning off current data center
                Turn off old DC
                Turn on new DC
                Turn on new DR
