SAP ABAP Developer

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Open

· Provide development and technical support for custom SAP development.
Provide ongoing support to SAP production.

· Participate in local or global development projects as appropriate.

· Work with various SAP Functional Managers in architecting solutions

· Provide coding, testing and written documentation for all development work including knowledge transfer to other analysts and developers.

Requirements:

· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or engineering with a minimum 5+ years SAP R3 and BI experience including at least 1 implementation.

· Good development and analytical skill

· Strong debugger skills

· Strong knowledge of integration tools, EDI, LSMW, IDoc, BAPls, BADls, and RFCs.

· Have knowledge in at least 1-2 functional R/3 areas (WM, QM and FI preferred)

· Strong knowledge of Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and PDF formats

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a team.

· Knowledge of Workflow Configuration,

· Good communication, both written and oral.

· Good analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes.

· Experience in ECC6 is a plus
