Job Description:
Responsible for integrating new technical requirements into solutions already defined.
Google to Microsoft, including any additional Google Apps identified as being in scope.
Must be able to work remotely with the Deployment Manager
Must be ready to work with non-US time zone overlap

Responsible for
Provide technical solution to unified communications deployment projects based on Microsoft and Google platforms.
Lead technical aspects of the project.
Assist project/deployment manager with project planning, estimation, resolution of escalated topics.
Mentor/assist junior resources on technical topics.
Provide technical solution to unified communications deployment projects based on Microsoft and Google platforms.

Skill Set:
Technical skills (essential): .NET (v4), C#, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Sharepoint, XMPP protocol (Google talk), ADFS v2, SAML v2
Technical skills (desirable): Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, Google Apps for business experience, PYTHON, Jive, Box
Ability to absorb new technical ideas and concepts quickly, and use those within integration scope.
Quickly understand the business process the applications are covering.
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Highly self motivated and directed.
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Microsoft certification preferred.
