Need Sr.Business Analyst

10+ years of experience minimum         12months contract
Rate: $45/hr Bloomington, IL Business Analyst - Systems -BA        Non Systems Business Support         Functional Skills & Experience:         LEVEL 2 plus -        Experience in providing P&C consulting services to clients -        Expertise in P&C industry trends, key business developments; particularly in Auto and Homeowner insurance -        Domain certifications like CPCU desirable -        Actual experience in insurance industry is very much desirable Responsibilities: .         Provide domain guidance based on business and industry knowledge .         Participate in strategy discussions with senior business partners/sponsors .         Support creation of Program roadmaps .         Analyze roadmaps/capability maps to identify functional gaps, if any .         Support in sequencing of efforts on roadmaps to ensure realization of defined business benefits .         Provide insights to help define transformational approach from a Systems perspective
