Job Descreption:
The client is looking for a Business Analyst
Technical Skills:
3-5 years of financial services industry experience, including exposure to business analysis and business requirements
Possess strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Possess understanding of the Employer Markets Business Unit, including product offerings, distribution systems/channels, business systems, services and management structure
Expected to understand and integrate customer needs throughout project and ensure they are included in a successful solution
Ability to conduct workflow analysis and business process mapping
Ability to manage business requirements identification, gathering, documenting, communication and validation
Ability to lead project teams and initiatives in the process improvement analysis and business system enhancement
Possess strong project management discipline
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and conduct presentations for management audiences
