Required Skills 
In depth knowledge of all aspects of Flash Builder 4+, Flex (3.4 or later), and ActionScript 2/3
Proficient in creating Flex applications using Adobe LiveCycle Data Services
Experience invoking Adobe LiveCycle Processes from Flex applications
Experience with web services, XML processing and translation
Experience with Oracle database query writing
Experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer/Workbench designing Form Guides and PDF 
 
Desired Skills
Preferred knowledge of JavaScript, XHTML, HTML, CSS, JSON, and DOM
Familiarity with data modeling concepts
Flex 3.4 to 4.5 migration experience
Knowledge of system life cycle / application development alternatives
High aptitude for complex problem analysis / resolution
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively present to target audience
Ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel within the organization
2 to 5 Years of Full SDLC Business Analysis Experience
