Short Description:

UCCE and Java Developers with Call Studio Experience.

Complete Description:

Must have Java 4 and above, Servlets 2.4, JSP 2.0, JDBC, Beans, RAD (strong understanding). Experience in making calls to Web Services and databases in Java development. Experience with VXML based IVR platforms such as CVP, GVP, AVP, Voxeo, and Voxify. SQL -Writing simple to moderate queries, joins and stored procedures. Experience with Eclipse IDE for Java development. Would like to have experience with Cisco Call Studio for CVP application development. Complex IVR/VRU call flows and/or developing a softphone experience. Experience with Nuance speech engines (ASR/TTS) and tools Experience with Cisco CVP platform & CVP Studio including java development of custom elements
