Description:
* Need a Senior PeopleSoft CRM consultant for an upgrade of PeopleSoft CRM from 8.9 to 9.1.
* The resource will need both functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 and 9.1.
* The modules include: CRM Portal Pack, CTI Integration, HelpDesk - Employee Self Service, HelpDesk for HR.
* This resource will be responsible to perform Delta Fit/Gap, Configuration, Test Planning, create test scripts, and assist the customer with testing the 9.1 applications, support cutover and post production support
