The Business Analyst II
| The Business Analyst II is responsible for the following: assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new or enhanced computerized systems; creates test plans and conducts testing for applications software changes and/or new releases; performs administrative duties and prepares support documentation; conducts training sessions and other presentations; performs other duties as assigned. Telephony experience required
College degree and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
Locations available = Hudson, Ohio, Rochester, NY, or Charlotte, NC

Candidate needs strong skills in driving out requirements and ability to create design documents. Telephony knowledge required.
